Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OEM and electronic manufacturing, and be fluent in both German and English. This role can be based in either the UK or Germany and requires a motivated professional who can drive business growth, foster customer relationships, and manage key accounts.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in technical custom sales to OEMs.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong background in OEM and electronic manufacturing.
  • Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, research, MS Office, and sales contact databases.
  • Willingness to travel without restrictions.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience in Medical and Industrial X-Ray Analytical instrumentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of products and applications relevant to the market.
  • Ability to prepare detailed costings for new and existing products, ensuring profitability in quotations and contract reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Arrange and conduct customer visits to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
  • Offer insights and advice on product applications and solutions.
  • Oversee customer sales accounts and representative activities in the designated region.
  • Generate sales enquiries and prepare detailed quotations and proposals.
  • Champion the sales of both standard and custom products manufactured across our facilities.
  • Support the internal sales team and clients with technical product information and application knowledge.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses for products and prepare insightful reports for management.
  • Uphold ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), and ISO45001 (Health & Safety) standards.
  • Align with the company’s business quality, environmental, and health & safety objectives.
