Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in contemporary components, technologies, and manufacturing methods.
  • Strong background in UC design, particularly in analogue control and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Familiarity with PCB layout, mechanical packaging, and Schematic Capture using CADSTAR (desirable).

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven experience in high-voltage design and development.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to develop cost-effective solutions optimized for manufacturing, testing, and legal standards.
  • Strong project management skills, from inception to completion, providing ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative products that push boundaries in terms of stability, noise reduction, and polarity reversal speed.
  • Accurately document designs to facilitate manufacturing processes and future updates.
  • Create designs optimized for manufacturing, testing, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Guide projects from inception to completion, delivering ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle.
