Key Requirements:
- Expertise in contemporary components, technologies, and manufacturing methods.
- Strong background in UC design, particularly in analogue control and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with PCB layout, mechanical packaging, and Schematic Capture using CADSTAR (desirable).
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven experience in high-voltage design and development.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop cost-effective solutions optimized for manufacturing, testing, and legal standards.
- Strong project management skills, from inception to completion, providing ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative products that push boundaries in terms of stability, noise reduction, and polarity reversal speed.
- Accurately document designs to facilitate manufacturing processes and future updates.
- Create designs optimized for manufacturing, testing, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
